Beauty Box Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Beauty Box account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely pack the unused items in their original box, ensuring all protective seals and applicators are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
